Things no one will ever click on

This ad shows up every time I go to ESPN. I think a video of kittens being drowned would get more clicks

Bacon Laced Tofu

A soon to be new staple in our household.  10/10.

More Cats

Per my sister's request, here are more pictures of Earl and Emilio.  I am pretty sure she was being sarcastic when she said "more sausage cat!!!" but I will take any request for cat photos very seriously.

Oprah

Speaking of Oprah, tomorrow is her final episode.  Somebody pass the tissues because I needed them today while watching "Oprah's Surprise Spectacular" like a blubbering fool.  There were a lot of celebs (Seinfeld, Stevie Wonder), but the highlight was seeing Usher's new haircut.  I love me some Usher!  I can't believe I just said that.

Please note I file Usher in my American Idol folder (i.e. things I follow and don't want the world to know).

Thrift Finds

I finally found my camera cord, so hopefully I'll be posting more frequently.  I love thrifting (definitely take after my mom), so here are some recent finds from Goodwill and the Brandywine Consignment Shop:

Love these vintage bar napkins!

Vintage Vera linens, perfect for the kitchen.

Cool planter made in Japan - I think it was $3 from the consignment shop?
The bathroom was supposed to make in appearance in our house tour (whenever
that will be), but I guess the trash can isn't exactly styled.
Anyway, the mirror is one of my pricier Goodwill finds at $9, but worth it!

Best shoe find ever, I love these!

Winking owl.  I actually got this at a thrift shop in Paoli.

So true.

I can't believe I'm revealing the fact I bought Oprah's unauthorized biography.
At least I didn't pay full price.  Books were half off with my Goodwill card!
And I may or may not have taken it on the bus to NY with
a Tom Wolfe book cover instead...

Deer In Our Yard

We get a lot of deer.  It's great until you find out they shave off the tops of our plants.  Not that we take enough pride in our inherited garden, but still.  Oh, we also made Earl an outdoor cat, and he is loving it!  Matt said he saw Earl and a deer touch noses, right before Matt yelled at the deer.

These photos were taken in March - don't worry, the patio and garden are seeing better days!

Thanks, Matt

Pardon the obstructive "Click" background. Matt doesn't know how to blog. Clearly not well-versed in technology, this guy. Matt you are ruining this blog!!!!! >:(

New horizons, Click

Here are a few pictures to titillate and amaze you.

Thuy would not let me set this as the background for the computer:

Here are some albums I've been listening to lately.
